Job Description As a Security Officer - Armed Bank Patrol in Seattle, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
Have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of experience as a security supervisor or manager or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
An armed guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help protect assets and personnel in a financial institution environment.
Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, observations, and incidents.
Interact with visitors, employees, and/or clients in a courteous and professional manner, addressing security-related inquiries as needed.
Support Allied Universal management and site leadership in implementing security-related protocols and procedures specific to the location.
