About The Position

Provide residential security services to protect clients and their residential property. Maintain perimeter security to deter and detect unauthorized access. Screen visitors and control access to the resident/residence in accordance with established procedures and client direction. Monitor for, prevent and respond to intrusion attempts or suspicious activity. Respond appropriately to alarms, disturbances and security incidents. Coordinate with public safety agencies and first responders as required. Prioritize protection of the principal(s), residential structures and client property or possessions. Perform security checks of the estate property in coordination with the client or designated representatives. Adjust security posture as directed to address evolving conditions, risks or neighborhood concerns. Conduct continuous threat, risk and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential security concerns. Maintain frequent, professional interactions with clients and family members while ensuring discretion and confidentiality. Operate motor vehicles safely and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Work effectively both independently and as part of a security team.

Requirements

  • GED or High School Diploma, some college or a degree preferred.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in a position related to the essential functions.
  • Must have a valid US State issued driver’s license at hire and throughout employment.
  • Must possess a valid US passport during entire tenure of employment.
  • Ability to multi-task and organize workload.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/MS 365.
  • Must possess a minimum Level III Texas Commissioned Security Officer License with Level IV (PPO) preferred before hire.
