As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with staff and visitors to provide exceptional customer service. Requirements

Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
An armed guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Monitor for suspicious behavior and report any irregularities according to site protocols.
Assist with access control and verify identification of individuals entering restricted areas.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed during incidents.
Complete detailed incident and activity reports as required by Allied Universal and the location.
Remain alert and prepared to respond to security-related emergencies within the financial institution environment.
