About The Position
Cambridge Security Services is seeking professional Armed Security Officers for upscale country clubs, residential gatehouses, and patrol assignments. Officers will maintain a safe and secure environment through visible deterrence, access control, and proactive patrol.
Requirements
- Valid Florida Class D & G Security Licenses (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of armed security experience (preferred)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to pass background screening and drug test
- Reliable transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Situational awareness and sound judgment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Indoor and outdoor assignments
- Extended standing and walking
- Exposure to various weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 2 years of armed security experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrol (interior & exterior)
- Control access and verify guest/vendor credentials
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances
- Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports
- Provide high-level customer service to residents, members, and guests
- Enforce property rules and post orders
