About The Position

SCOPE: Ensure quality Customer service and accountability of items keyed intocomputersystem Positionduties are handling customer’s calls into the branch, communication with all routes, ATMcombo/support to routes, keying information in daily to the RPMS report, maintaining and updating SOFI information Daily and maintainingBranch reports. GENERAL INFORMATION: § Climate controlledoffice environment. § Requires extended time sitting at desk opening doors to building, answering company phone lines, operating computer and monitoringvehicle radios. § Work scheduled Monday thruFriday 6:00 AM till 10:00 AM § Company Uniform provided

Requirements

  • Abilityto work well individually as well as being a team player with a positiveattitude.
  • Abilityto identify andmaintain confidential matters in all aspects of the business
  • Courteous and professional communications skills, demonstrate good work ethics in a professionalmanner to fellow employees and customers.
  • Follow verbaland written instructions.
  • Computer experience, proficient use of MS Office to include Excel, ability to use office equipment notlimited to computer, faxand copy machine.
  • Data entry skills
  • Unrestricted wrist,hand and finger dexterity.
  • Unrestricted abilityto bend, squat,stoop, stand, walk,lift (up to 50 lbs), sit,push and pull.
  • Accuracy and speed sufficient to meet the companypolicy for debriefing.
  • High school graduate or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • SECURITY OF BRANCH · Controlling access to building and grounds · Allowingaccess underbranch policy
  • CustomerService: Handle incoming customer calls concerning: · Routing · Specials · On Demand ServiceRequest · No pickups · Resolve customer issues · Generate ETA toOpsReport
  • Communication with all routes:Maintain Dispatchers Log: · Logginghourly calls intoreport log systemincluding: · over the paymentliability · route problems/concerns · Suspiciousactivity · Create HolidayRoutes and MaintainRequestfrom Customers and NationalAccounts.
  • Sendoutsafety/ security messages
  • Coordinate anyspecial services toroutes and make supervisors aware.
  • Coordinate variable account pick-ups and delivers
  • MaintainDaily ATMCombos list
  • Assist Messengers withforce balances on ATM’s and any related ATM Issues
  • Perform any other duties or specialprojects as deemed necessaryby Management Staff.
