Are you a recent graduate eager to jumpstart your career and gain exposure to our organization? The Emerging Talent Programs offer a unique opportunity to do just that. Beginning August 3rd, over the course of 20 months, you will rotate through three areas within the Commercial Strategy organization, gaining hands-on experience and developing a well-rounded understanding of the gaming industry and our business. In this role, you will support key commercial initiatives, contribute to go-to-market execution, and gain exposure to revenue performance, product strategy, and customer partnerships within the Class II business. You will also develop cross-functional experience by working closely with teams across product, sales, RevMax, support, and Oklahoma operations. Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to present their ideas and project outcomes to executive leadership following each rotation, while gaining meaningful exposure to how a global organization operates. The experience includes participation in virtual workshops, skill-building sessions, and development activities designed to broaden business perspective.
