They lead a team of Regional Vice Presidents and will work with other members of the sales leadership team to ensure the overall quota is met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field
  • 10+ years direct sales experience and 7+ years in enterprise software sales as a sales team leader
  • Experience on selling in the SLED space, specifically focused in the State and Local space
  • Working knowledge of business process automation with a history of qualifying client solution areas and orchestrating multi departmental solution sales
  • Working knowledge of solution selling methodology and practice
  • Must be within Greater DC area

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of up to 4 Regional Vice Presidents or Account Executives and their teams
  • Accountable for the total business results of all subordinates
  • Participates in defining territories, assigning quotas, and determining target accounts
  • Mentors and coaches team members and assists their sales cycles
