About The Position

As an Area Vice President of Operations with ACG Hospice, you will lead and serve, responsible for the overall financial, operational, clinical, and administrative functions across all designated branch locations. This role ensures the delivery of efficient, adequate, appropriate, and effective healthcare services to the agency's patient population, while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, organizational policies, and established goals. You will also be accountable for the financial success of assigned branches and actively support growth through sales and marketing activities. Agape Care Group is a regional leader in hospice and palliative care, serving patients across multiple states including South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, and Virginia. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
  • Minimum 5 year's Leadership experience in applicable field with direct report responsibility.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, supervisory, and management skills with ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proven organizational development and project management.
  • Working knowledge of hospice regulations and reimbursement.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
  • Willing to travel as needed throughout Texas, often 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for compliance to corporate standards, plans, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the overall operations to ensure adherence to the federal and state regulations, and organizational policies and procedures and established goals.
  • Responsible for assigned branch(s) financial success.
  • Supports growth by active involvement in sales and marketing activities.
