About The Position

We’re looking for an Area Vice President (AVP), ENT – Americas to shape and execute a bold commercial strategy. Covering the USA, LATAM and Canada, you’ll drive market share, revenue, and organizational capability for one of the most dynamic franchises in our business. What will you be doing? Provide strategic leadership across the ENT franchise in the Americas (US, LATAM, Canada), aligning sales efforts with business objectives Develop and implement business plans to maximize revenue and profit potential Lead and inspire a high-performing team through coaching, best practice sharing, and in-market presence Monitor competitor activity and market trends, translating insights into actionable strategies Deliver growth and profitability targets, managing budgets and P&L accountability Build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally to support commercial objectives Deputize for the VP & GM of ENT when required What will you need to be successful? Bachelor’s degree in Business or Scientific discipline; MBA or MS preferred 15+ years’ experience in life sciences or medical devices with proven success in sales, marketing, and general management Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, organizational design, and strategy execution Strong commercial acumen and understanding of international healthcare markets, regulatory frameworks, and market access Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams Ability to travel up to 50% You Unlimited. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Scientific discipline; MBA or MS preferred
15+ years’ experience in life sciences or medical devices with proven success in sales, marketing, and general management
Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, organizational design, and strategy execution
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of international healthcare markets, regulatory frameworks, and market access
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
Ability to travel up to 50%
