Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Area Supervisor to manage assigned Intellectual Disability (ID) residential programs. This role involves overseeing all aspects of program operations to achieve financial, personnel, and program goals, and monitoring service quality to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and licensing requirements. The Area Supervisor will also assist in the development and implementation of agency goals, support front-line supervisors and clinical experts for cohesive team operations, and collaborate with the clinical team on treatment documentation. Key responsibilities include acting as a point of contact for counties, hospitals, and families, and actively participating in county planning and decision-making activities. Keystone Human Services is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where all people can grow, make choices, and contribute to the community, providing community-based services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health needs across multiple states and internationally.
