About The Position

Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Area Supervisor to manage assigned Intellectual Disability (ID) residential programs. This role involves overseeing all aspects of program operations to achieve financial, personnel, and program goals, and monitoring service quality to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and licensing requirements. The Area Supervisor will also assist in the development and implementation of agency goals, support front-line supervisors and clinical experts for cohesive team operations, and collaborate with the clinical team on treatment documentation. Key responsibilities include acting as a point of contact for counties, hospitals, and families, and actively participating in county planning and decision-making activities. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours with 4 years of experience in intellectual disabilities or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree with two years of experience in intellectual disabilities or related field
  • Master’s degree with one year of experience in intellectual disabilities or related field
  • Experience with regulatory compliance
  • Two years supervisory/management experience
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to utilize internal software programs
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid Driver’s License with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned ID residential programs, including all aspects of program operations so that financial, personnel and program goals are achieved
  • Monitor quality of services for all assigned programs, ensuring that all assigned programs comply with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations in compliance with licensing requirements
  • Assist in the development and implementation of agency goals and objectives
  • Support front-line supervisors and clinical experts to ensure cohesive team operations
  • Collaborate with the clinical team ensuring consistency in documentation related to treatment
  • Act as the point of contact for counties, hospitals, families, etc.
  • Actively participate in county planning and decision making activities
  • Follow through with all job duties consistent with the agency mission, vision, values, and strategic plan
