About The Position

Keystone Human Services is seeking Program Supervisors to provide individualized, person-directed support in intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. As a Program Supervisor, you will lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs, ensuring they meet objectives, adhere to budgets, and comply with regulations. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of work experience in human services or related field OR Associate’s degree with sixty (60) credited hours and one (1) year experience in human services or related field
  • Ability to successfully complete and maintain the required Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR certifications and other trainings mandated by regulation within specified timeframes as applicable
  • Effective communication and proficient computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license and, depending on work location, may be required to have daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or related field preferred
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs
  • Ensure Keystone Human Services, and its subsidiary programs, meet objectives, adhere to budgets, and comply with regulations
  • Perform direct support duties as per the program schedule and programmatic needs
