About The Position

The Area Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and managing multiple operational sites within a designated geographic region to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards. This position is responsible for driving operational excellence by coordinating with site managers, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Area Supervisor acts as a liaison between upper management and frontline staff, facilitating communication and ensuring that company policies and procedures are effectively executed. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, team leadership, and resource management to meet business objectives and support growth. Ultimately, the Area Supervisor ensures that all locations under their supervision operate smoothly, safely, and profitably while fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a multi-site operational environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple locations simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in the specific industry relevant to the company’s operations (e.g., retail, logistics, manufacturing).
  • Advanced certifications in management, leadership, or project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
  • Proficiency with operational management software and data analysis tools.

  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel frequently within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support site managers and staff across multiple locations to ensure operational goals are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address operational issues and enhance productivity and customer service.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to build team capabilities and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, logistics, and finance to align resources and support business needs.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources within the area of responsibility.
  • Resolve escalated employee or customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction and morale.
  • Evening Shifts from typically from 4pm to 12am
