Are you an experienced service leader ready to take ownership of regional operational performance? Clarke Energy is seeking an Area Service Manager to lead, develop and deploy a regional field service team, ensuring contractual commitments are met and our high standards of safety, quality and customer service are consistently delivered. This is a senior operational role with real accountability for people leadership, engine fleet performance and customer relationships across a defined region. You’ll be at the heart of Clarke Energy’s service delivery, acting as a role model for professionalism, integrity and reliability. To manage the effective resourcing and deployment of Service Engineers and Apprentices within a region, ensuring contractual performance targets, customer expectations and Clarke Energy standards are achieved at all times. The majority of your time will be spent managing and supporting the Field Service operational function across your region.
