About The Position

The Area Senior Director will be responsible for service delivery to our customers, leading and developing our team of associates and contractors, and delivering our financial commitments. Compensation Information: $170,000 - $190,000 annually plus bonus Responsibilities: Lead market teams in all aspects of daily business execution. Build a strong sales team in each market that is focused on customer solutions and delivering results. Serve as a subject-matter expert in all sales and Empire Operating System processes. Ensure markets operate in compliance with our business processes while also driving performance improvements. Ensure full engagement with all team development programs, such as training, performance management, and safety. Drive a robust sales and installer development program with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, retention, and more. Monitor all functions within all markets. Make recommendations/decisions around balancing needs vs. business capability and development. Ensure adequate communication and support with Market Support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead a team. Strong business-to-consumer service orientation and experience. 5+ years' multi-functional management experience (incl. operations, service, admin, etc.) with a combination of service, distribution, and/or warehouse operations. 3+ years' experience with regional/multi-facility responsibility and experience managing site managers as a third level or greater manager, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to deliver operational, service level, and financial targets over a multi-year period. Experience in consumer-facing operations, mobile or route-based operations in a home improvement, home maintenance, or home services industry preferred. Experience with both employee and contractor workforces preferred. Experience with significant budget accountability and facilities oversight preferred. Requirements
