About The Position

Lenox-Martell (a division of Multi-Flow Industries) has been in business for over 80 years and is rapidly growing throughout the Northeast. Focused on manufacturing and distributing a diverse line of beverages used in the food service industry, we serve up juices, drinks, carbonated beverages, and specialty waters. We also supply, design, install, and service fountain soft drink and beer dispensing equipment, creating a wide range of sales opportunities for our territory reps. What our Sales Representative Position Entails: • Aggressively target and pursue new accounts in Boston North within 495 including Southern New Hampshire • Maintain current customers through account management • Up-sell new products in existing accounts • Travel throughout assigned territories to gain new business and visit existing customers to maintain customer relationships • Participate in product training • Confidently cold and warm call lead tracking all contacts in the company database • Draft proposals and review them with appropriate managers • Monitor prospects and their development

Requirements

  • Proven territory sales experience, preferably in a bar/restaurant or food service environment
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent professional communication in English—verbal, written, and listening
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide sales reports and participate in meetings as required
  • Clean driving record and proof of sufficient insurance
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required, college degree preferred
  • 3 -5 + years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in the bar or restaurant industry or as a bartender
  • Must be able to climb, bend, and lift small amounts of weight occasionally
