YOUR ROLE Leading the sales strategy, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring that regional sales targets are met. Your leadership will shape the international market success, and you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate across the organization to implement sales initiatives and optimize performance. You will be a strategic business leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while fostering a high-performing sales team through proactive management of CView (our CRM) compliance and Return on Sales (ROS) performance.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred; Master’s degree desirable or working experience minimum 5-7 years, in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific related software applications. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Characteristics: Demonstrated success in leading, supervising, managing and developing high performance teams. Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, presentation and negotiating skills. Demonstrated success in problem solving through use of data and information metrics and improvement to performance process.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development Leadership: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory, expanding market share and growing revenue.
  • Territory Management: Lead the strategic management of your territory, ensuring alignment with company objectives, developing growth plans, and building sustainable client relationships while maintaining an active presence with the team and in all locations within your area of responsibility.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and oversee sophisticated sales strategies, including detailed market analyses, pricing strategies, competitive assessments, sales forecasts, and deployment of best-in-class marketing and lead generation tools in support of the same.
  • Sales Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop the Sales team to ensure individual and collective success. Set clear expectations and KPIs, drive accountability, provide regular performance feedback, and ensure the team is fully equipped, supported, and aligned to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Drive sales initiatives across the entire sales lifecycle, from "Lead to Close," ensuring a proactive approach to opportunity management and closing deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with key customers, ensuring CEVA’s solutions meet client needs while maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and deliver detailed reports to senior leadership, supporting overall corporate objectives.
