With an extremely stable and consistent history, Avfuel has served the industry for 50 years. Ideal Candidates will be based in Colorado. As a member of the outside sales team, you'll have support from knowledgeable colleagues, learn new skills, expand your knowledge base, travel to meet interesting people and have a bunch of fun along the way. Requirements

• Experience in prospecting, sales and closing new business
• Ability to perform calls to generate leads
• Ability to perform analysis to qualify opportunities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills
• Prior 3-5 years outside sales experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Aviation experience is required
• Located in Colorado

Responsibilities

• Acquiring new accounts and managing existing accounts
• Identifying and developing new fuel business opportunities
• Opening additional channels of trade
• Obtaining order commitments
• Developing sales targets and forecasts
• Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales goals
• Coordinating activities, opportunities and cross-selling with other sales departments
• Developing knowledge of individual airport markets and influencers
• Building a working knowledge of competitor products and services, customer segments and trends affecting the industry
• Territory travel is required: Expect to travel three days per week every other week
• Must be able to drive and fly without restrictions
