Territory Covered: Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota Driving Impact Through: Traveling with sales reps helping find, land, and grow new business Building, developing, and influencing a sales team Promoting a culture that embraces continuous improvement, personal accountability, teamwork, and client satisfaction Fostering innovation and scheduling time each week to talk about improvements to existing structure, processes, and routines, while also being open to new solutions Participating in trade shows, industry events, and training workshops Meeting and/or exceeding forecasted market sales growth and profit goals Negotiating and coordinating with vendor partners Recruiting new talent

Requirements

  • Strong Sales and Leadership Skills: Proven ability to close sales, negotiate contracts, develop new business opportunities, and lead a team.
  • Communication and Influencing: Ability to effectively convey product value, build relationships, and influence team dynamics.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data and sales statistics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Experienced in managing and expanding client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Understanding of engineering, fiber materials, and their related applications.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
