About The Position

Eaton’s North American Sales division is currently seeking an Area Sales Manager to join the Orlando, FL team. Relocation assistance is available for candidates who reside outside a 50‑mile radius of this location. This position will focus on power distribution solutions within the Orlando and Jacksonville areas. This exciting opportunity provides responsibility for managing a customer base, sales resources, products, and channels to market to achieve planned results for the district. It also provides leadership of a sales team and development of channel partnerships to drive growth in sales and market share. The role will be responsible for managing a customer base, sales resources, products and channels to market to achieve planned results for the district. This individual will provide leadership and development to a sales team consisting of sales professionals, sales reps and the distributor channel. Expected results include but are not limited to growth in sales and market share, channel development as well as developing talent within the district. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution
  • Minimum seven (7) years electrical industry sales/marketing and/or engineering experience
  • Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
