Responsibilities The Area Sales Manager Indirect II is responsible for driving business growth by developing new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships within an assigned territory for Grow Financial. This role includes oversight of the indirect dealership network, ensuring effective management, communication, training, and support to dealer vendors, monitoring dealership portfolio performance and making recommendations for any risk mitigation. Acting as a liaison between dealership vendors and Grow business units. The Area Sales Manager Indirect II will manage strategic account performance, analyze market data, and generate regular reporting for their designated market area and support overall opportunity for business growth in new markets and states, including overnight travel, assistance with new hire training and attendance at business-related conferences. Is responsible for meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) established by management. This position will service Northeast Virginia (Fredericksburg, Arlington, Manassas & surrounding areas) and Southern Maryland.
