Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 10+ years of sales or marketing experience (12–15 years preferred).
  • Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 30% or more based on business needs.
  • Collaborative mindset and a customer‑focused, solutions‑oriented approach.

  • Prior experience in the electrical sector or breaker technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Grow new and existing business by supporting a collaborative Sales organization.
  • Promote Hitachi Energy solutions through webinars, seminars, and presentations.
  • Provide expert technical knowledge to customers and internal teams.
  • Prepare high‑quality technical and commercial proposals in coordination with key partners.
  • Track and report monthly sales activities, forecasts, and customer engagements.
  • Evaluate market conditions and identify new business opportunities and emerging segments.
  • Participate in customer meetings and site visits to understand project needs.
  • Analyze competitor activity and support strategic planning efforts.
