Job Description The Area Sales Director is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving adoption of Echo IQ’s AI solutions across a defined, high-opportunity territory. This role requires strong cardiology credibility, comfort navigating complex hospital and private practice buying environments, and the urgency to execute in a startup setting. Territories are designed around echocardiography volume and key metros rather than strict geographic boundaries. This is a field-based role focused on building pipeline, advancing multi-threaded opportunities, and closing subscription-based SaaS agreements. Products EchoSolv AS is a measurement-only AI software that, in seconds, helps you identify patients at high risk of severe aortic stenosis (AS), which has been shown to have up to a 73.5% five-year mortality rate. EchoSolv AS supports consistent evaluation, with an AUROC of 0.927, resulting in consistent accuracy across age, sex, and race. EchoSolv HF is awaiting approval from the FDA.
