We’re seeking an Area Sales Coordinatorwho is organized, proactive, and detail-driven—a professional who takes pride in supporting the Sales and Catering team to create exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Have a polished, professional demeanor and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently—both written and verbal.
  • Are highly organized, tech-savvy, and proficient in MS Office; experience with Delphi and SFA is a plus.
  • Take initiative and demonstrate flexibility and professionalism under pressure.
  • Bring at least 2 years of experience in sales or catering coordination, ideally in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Hold a college diploma (Hospitality preferred).
  • Are willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays to accommodate client needs.

Nice To Haves

  • experience with Delphi and SFA

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Area Director of Sales & Catering to support property-level sales operations.
  • Build and manage group room blocks in CI/TY and Lightspeed.
  • Enter group rooming lists and individual reservations as needed.
  • Ensure billing information for reservations, groups, and Master Accounts is accurate.
  • Prepare and send sales correspondence, proposals, agreements, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
  • Respond promptly to client requests and maintain accurate account information in CI/TY
  • Assist with event planning, site preparation, and on-site coordination to ensure flawless execution.
  • Liaise with other departments to guarantee client needs are met or exceeded.
  • Participate in weekly BEO meetings and communicate changes to culinary and operations teams.
  • Provide event recaps and suggest improvements for future events.
  • Support re-booking efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
