The Area Revenue Manager has the responsibility for maximizing overall lodging revenue and gaining market share across a portfolio of resort lodging properties through the development, implementation, and management of effective inventory and pricing strategies in all distribution channels based on demand, market, and competitor analysis. The Area Revenue Manager plays a key analytical and strategic role in helping to maximize the revenue of all revenue-producing products offered across assigned properties, reporting to the Regional Director of Commercial Excellence - Rockies. Responsible for the analysis of pricing, selling strategies, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities at both the property and portfolio level, as well as working closely with resort leadership and cross-functional teams to make informed, data-driven decisions that grow revenue and increase profitability. This position provides centralized revenue management support to multiple properties, ensuring consistent execution of revenue management processes, tools, and standards while accounting for unique market dynamics at each location. This position will have responsibility for weekly and monthly reporting across lodging and other revenue-producing divisions to guide pricing, inventory, and commercial strategy changes relative to supply and demand. This position will be located remote within the geographic region supported (Rocky Mountain region) and may require regular travel between assigned properties.
