About The Position

The Representative works with the Director and Advisory Team to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values by implementing the ministry plan for the assigned area. In the FCA Sports Environments [https://recruiting.adp.com/portal-upload/RMPOD3WebDocument/2022/11/clientdata_1170951/8/1815/e749e8e9-eb94-430e-b427-b9697db2990e.pdf], the Representative ensures there is a consistent approach to discipleship -- making disciples who make disciples. The Representative is accountable for ensuring that the FCA ministry is conducted according to biblical standards and adheres to FCA policies and procedures. This role is boots-on-the-ground ministry. You’ll build real relationships with coaches and athletes, lead and multiply Huddles, and disciple students in one-on-one and small-group settings. You’ll serve alongside local church partners, community leaders, and FCA volunteers [https://www.battlefieldfca.org/fca-volunteer] to bring the Gospel to life in schools and sports environments. You’ll work under the guidance of your Area Director and be part of a growing regional team committed to launching FCA in every school and sports environment. Your primary focus will be ministry advancement — engaging coaches and athletes, equipping volunteer leaders, and empowering disciples who make disciples. You’ll also contribute to donor development, event planning, and local vision casting as your ministry grows. If you're passionate about Christ, love sports, and want to spend your life on mission with a ministry that values relationships, discipleship, and eternal impact — this is your moment. We’re looking for someone who isn’t just looking for a job, but is called to reach a generation.
