Area Proposal Manager
About The Position
Wade Trim's team of 20+ marketing professionals support business development for four client market segments - Water; Community Design; Industrial, Commercial, and Energy; and Transportation. We are looking for an Area Proposal Manager to join our Marketing Team to manage our southern proposal team. Typical responsibilities include: Manage pursuits and lead positioning for pursuits within our four market segments. Lead teams in proposal strategy development through blue, pink, red, and gold team reviews. Lead discussions on critical issues, team composition/organization, experience, team strengths, and discriminators. Lead message development and creative presentation of information. Support business development efforts of technical staff in client capture and pursuit planning. Foster use of sales process throughout the organization. Maintain excellent client relations. Maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, or Communications
- 10+ years of related experience required
- Experience in A/E/C industry leading positioning or proposal development efforts
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, Unanet, OpenAsset, and Joist AI desired
