The Area Practice Manager is responsible for the operational performance and consistency of up to six dental practices within an assigned area. This role focuses on day-to-day execution, team leadership, and ensuring each office operates in alignment with company standards, budgets, and patient experience expectations. The Area Practice Manager works closely with Practice Managers, Clinical Directors, and Doctors to support strong workflows, productive schedules, engaged teams, and positive financial results. This position serves as the primary non-clinical operations leader for assigned offices and acts as a coach and problem-solver to Practice Managers. Success in this role is driven by visibility in offices, strong follow-through, people development, and operational discipline, rather than high-level regional strategy.
