PIRATES VOYAGE is seeking a passionate and creative Area Marketing Executive to join our crew and play a pivotal role in promoting unforgettable experiences! If you're savvy in marketing campaigns and have a flair for promoting ticket sales, generating positive word of mouth, and promoting special programs, this is the position for you.

Requirements

Maintain a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Conduct site inspections of special clients or media.
Get along well with guests and fellow employees, maintaining a professional business relationship at all times. Work at a rapid pace and assist in other areas/departments as requested by management.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Brochure Distribution Mastery: Set up and maintain all brochure distribution points. Manage distribution centers to ensure brochure racks are fully stocked. Conduct monthly visits to State Welcome Centers.
Coordination Extraordinaire: Coordinate intercept programs for hotels, motels, restaurants, ticket outlets, etc. Be the driving force behind Area Appreciation shows, VIP Programs, apple turnover deliveries, parades, and Timeshare presentations.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute plans to achieve marketing objectives through the Marketing Plan.
Community Engagement: Attend all meetings in the assigned area, fostering relationships with Chamber meetings, Business after Hours, and more. Be an effective leader and participant in Panama City and Panama City Beach communities, maintaining an ethical environment beyond reproach.
Reporting and Communication: Keep the Marketing Manager informed of market events. Turn in weekly reports each Monday morning, planning for the week ahead.
