About The Position
Be part of the Innovation Center Manufacturing (ICM) team producing high-performance tires for Goodyear Racing. In this role, you will lead 25–30 production associates in a unionized environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of relevant manufacturing or operations experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Technical or engineering degree.
- Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Lean or continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of production associates.
- Ensure safe and efficient production flow while maintaining quality standards.
- Promote and enforce plant safety practices.
- Ensure adherence to procedures, audits, and standard work.
- Drive continuous improvement and support operational goals (safety, quality, cost, delivery).
