As a new Area Manager at Clean Team, you can expect to engage in a variety of tasks that ensure efficient operations across your assigned area. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing cleaning staff, conducting site inspections, and ensuring that all services meet our high standards of quality and safety. You will be expected to troubleshoot issues promptly and work collaboratively with your team to implement effective solutions. Your schedule will be from 4 PM to midnight, Monday through Friday, which allows for a focused environment to manage operations during peak hours. Daily reporting on team performance, client feedback, and ongoing projects will be crucial, ensuring that you remain aligned with our customer-focused mission. You will also facilitate training sessions to empower your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
