About The Position

Essential Functions Assists in identifying new business opportunities Ability to understand and interpret financial statements related to the operation of a specific unit or group and shows the ability to perform cost-benefit analyses Display an understanding of business implications and decisions Explain water & well analysis to Account Managers and help develop the customer service regiment that treats their unique oil and gas well problems Take responsibility of subordinates’ activities, trains and develops their skills, and encourages growth Interviews and hires employees to support customer needs Display the ability to prioritize and plan work activities. Plan for additional resources, set goals and objectives Enforces company policies and procedures, and provides disciplinary action as warranted Manages and develops plans for the efficient use of equipment, materials and personnel Express ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form. Exhibit excellent listening skills

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Minimum of 5 years previous experience, with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in oilfield operations
  • Knowledge of oilfield operations and equipment
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Computer Skills: Have strong computer skills. Efficiently navigate a web browser, follow online instructions, type and use a mouse.
  • Customer Service Skills: Meet internal and external commitments, respond promptly to customer needs, and solicit customer feedback to improve service.
  • Work Ethic: Be dependable, trustworthy, truthful, and credible in the workplace. Display a sincere desire to provide service or assistance, follow instructions, and take responsibility for own actions. Show a commitment to doing the best job possible.
  • Physical Abilities: Lift and carry 50 pounds in various packaging. Tip and move 55 gallon drums, weighing up to 600 pounds, with the use of a drum dolly.
  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – safety glasses, goggles, etc.
  • Vision - Near, Distance, Color, Peripheral, Depth Perception
  • Sense of Sound - 55 decibels, adult conversation
  • Sense of Smell - Able to detect odors

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Knowledge and experience in the well-servicing or related oil and gas environment
  • manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude helpful
