Summary: Manage commercial cleaning service for an assigned portion of the SCC business. This typically includes multiple facilities, multiple customer point of contact and numerous FT and PT cleaning staff. Duties include staff management and development, management of cleaning service efficiency and quality, customer relationship management, sales support, and internal administrative compliance. Manage Budget and Account Retention. The Area Manager reports directly to the VP of Operations and CEO. The area manager manages assistants, floaters, and/or numerous hourly cleaners. The area manager also performs direct supervisory tasks, conducts cleaning, and participates in special projects.
