Join us in our mission to empower clients to "Live Long"! 💼 Position: Area Manager As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the complete oversight of a main location while managing the performance and operations of 2-3 additional locations. Your leadership will be crucial in driving revenue, enhancing the client experience, and ensuring operational excellence across all studios.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role overseeing multiple locations, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and hold team members accountable.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in operational management and performance metrics analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of your main location and ensure the success of additional locations.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive membership growth.
- Lead and mentor General Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure team alignment and success.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all locations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that aligns with StretchLab's core values.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to execute marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all locations.
