Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between properties
- Ability to lift and transport up to 15 pounds (documents/supplies)
- Must be able to work professionally, cooperatively, and respectfully with internal teams and residents
- Regular, reliable attendance is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
- Multi-site property management experience required
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Experience with budget planning and performance monitoring
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (BA/BS)
- CPM designation or candidacy preferred
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring Community Managers and on-site teams
- Performing hands-on property visits and market evaluations
- Collaborating with regional leadership on budgeting and performance planning
- Ensuring smooth transitions during acquisitions and onboarding new hires
- Enhancing resident experience through service and retention programs
- Driving innovation, policy execution, and community engagement
