Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly between properties
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 15 pounds (documents/supplies)
  • Must be able to work professionally, cooperatively, and respectfully with internal teams and residents
  • Regular, reliable attendance is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
  • Multi-site property management experience required
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Experience with budget planning and performance monitoring

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (BA/BS)
  • CPM designation or candidacy preferred

Responsibilities

  • Leading and mentoring Community Managers and on-site teams
  • Performing hands-on property visits and market evaluations
  • Collaborating with regional leadership on budgeting and performance planning
  • Ensuring smooth transitions during acquisitions and onboarding new hires
  • Enhancing resident experience through service and retention programs
  • Driving innovation, policy execution, and community engagement
