About The Position

As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Stretch Zone locations in the area of Jupiter, PGA West and PGA East . You will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing financial performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of professionals. This role requires a results-driven leader with a strong background in sales and management.

Requirements

  • Leadership and Management: Proven experience in a management role, preferably with a background in sales. Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial models, budgets, and financial management. Experience in managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Capable of managing schedules, payroll, and other operational tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and manage the teams at three Stretch Zone locations, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
  • Customer Service: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service across all locations. Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and care, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Sales and Financial Performance: Drive top-line sales and manage budgets effectively. Monitor financial performance, including payroll, supply orders, and financial audits, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute three events per studio per month, working closely with the marketing team to increase studio visibility and customer engagement.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing schedules, time clocks, payroll, and supply orders. Ensure all locations adhere to company standards and protocols.
  • Training and Onboarding: Develop and implement training programs for new hires. Manage the onboarding process to integrate new employees seamlessly into the team.
  • Hiring and Utilization Management: Handle recruitment, hiring, and employee utilization management. Ensure adequate coverage for vacation periods and other absences.2
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to long and short-range strategic planning initiatives. Provide input on market trends, customer needs, and operational improvements.
