The Area Manager is responsible for the performance, development, and brand consistency of General Managers. This role involves leading a team of General Managers, translating company strategy into effective field execution, with a strong focus on team development, operational efficiency, and enhancing the guest experience across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Maintain rigorous operational standards and ensure consistent execution of the SeoulSpice brand experience in every market.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of General Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and internal promotion.
  • Own the store-level P&Ls by identifying opportunities, addressing gaps, and ensuring strong financial performance across all restaurants.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Culinary, HR, and other teams to ensure alignment, continuous improvement, and strong representation of field insights to the Support Center.
  • Familiarity with the Google Workspace suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.)

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
