About The Position

A "Day in the Life": Our Area Manager leads their team to achieve efficiency, quality and safety goals. Typical work week is Monday through Friday with weekends as needed. Maintain and enforce standards processes and procedures Oversee implementation of strategic and operational initiatives through effective communication and change management. Collaborate to improve customer satisfaction, improve employee retention, and ensure a culture of living our values. Develop and select talent in key roles. Manage team performance through evaluations, development plans, recognition/rewards, coaching, and discipline. Casual office with a fast paced, multi-tasking environment w/constant interruptions

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and management skills of both people and resources to ensure we meet and exceed our safety, quality and efficiency standards.
  • Leadership - ability to motivate team, direct, delegate and assign tasks to ensure deadlines and goals are met or exceeded
  • Excellent Communication - ability to convey meaning and obtain understanding; both verbally and in writing
  • Computer Aptitude ability to learn and utilize technology including Outlook, Excel and other software that supports our operations and people
  • Geographic Knowledge familiarity with our area operations
