The Area Manager is responsible for leading a team to achieve sales, profit, objectives by ensuring critical initiatives are developed and managed effectively in the Region. The Area Manager leads a team, engaging and empowering everyone to execute with excellence and deliver on accountabilities. Must reside in the market area that you are overseeing. The primary role is to positively impact the ability of operations team by leading, developing, and motivating the team to maximize sales and the continuous improvement of processes to achieve sales and profit growth objectives.
