This position is responsible for multiple locations accross their assigned portfolio with oversight for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services, as well as overseeing your designated area's teams. As Area Manager, you will: Provide exemplary leadership and development to your teams. Provide support and guidance to supervisors and managers in handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational needs. Develop and maintain lasting, mutually productive client relations and attend client meetings. Review management reports and client statements on a consolidated basis to ensure actual financial results meet both corporate and client budgeted expectations. Review performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs, analyze trends, and work with senior managers and/or the corporate office to maximize performance. Work with both the regional teams and corporate to prepare annual budgets to ensure that a proper plan for the generation of revenues, allocation of staff, and operating expenses are established for the fiscal year. Perform other tasks as developed and assigned by company management.
