Your Opportunity, Your Team The Area Manager, Operations Planning supports QVC and HSN, and will identify staffing schedules for all distribution functions based on the 21 day plan provided. Our onsite Operations Planning Support Specialists and Operations Planning Assistant roles will directly report to you. You will work onsite at the Bethlehem, PA location working first shift Monday- Friday and report to the Scheduling Manager. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Bethlehem, PA FC daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. What You'll Do You will work with site management and the corporate analysis group on developing all operations staff schedules based on the staffing plan. Identify base, seasonal, flex, and overtime needs for all direct and indirect positions. Conduct employee schedule preference bids consistent with the site base scheduling requirements. Develop computer-based models for staffing and operations to maximize production. Work with corporate forecasting and analysis group by communicating varying assumptions and deviations to the staff plan/forecast (absenteeism, vacations and meetings). What You'll Bring Analytical experience required with 1- 3 years scheduling experience Operational experience associated with the site activity to include an understanding of workflow processing with 1-year experience. Requirements

  • Analytical experience required with 1- 3 years scheduling experience
