About The Position

Minimum Education High school diploma or GED required. Minimum Experience Eighteen (18) months experience as an Ops Supervisor at FedEx required; OR Two (2) years required previous management experience, operational leadership, military leadership, or project/team leader experience; OR A combination of one (1) year as an Ops Supervisor at FedEx and (1) year previous management, operational leadership, project or team leader or military experience. Demonstrated ability to build professional rapport, effectively lead a team and positively influence diverse groups. Proven ability to apply sound business judgment to establish and accomplish goals. Ability to read, interpret and draw conclusions from numerical data and written information. Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications. Ability to maintain a working knowledge of relevant technology-based projects, including various devices and computer-based applications. Requirements
