In this role, you will lead how Google optimizes daily logistics processes while incorporating current industry standards and best practices. You will be responsible for driving continuous process improvement recommendations, managing the implementation of operational changes, standardizing user documentation, creating processes that motivate action, and interacting with all partner teams. You will initiate and oversee operational improvement efforts for North and South America Google Cloud Logistics, analyze operational impacts to inform improvements, work with key stakeholders, motivate innovation within the operational teams, and create presentations or documents for the leadership team highlighting operational performance and improvements. This work will involve interacting with both data center and warehouse operations. The AI and Infrastructure team is redefining what’s possible.
