Area Maintenance Lead (AML) Reliability/Maintenance T1 Lewisburg, OH The Area Maintenance Lead (AML) is a critical member of the Area Leadership Team. The AML is the owner for their area and is responsible for reducing maintenances losses by optimizing proactive maintenance and eliminating unplanned maintenance breakdowns. The core responsibilities of the AML is Mx Planning for their respective area, Break Down Elimination (root cause analysis), and trending reliability performance for their area. This is done by coordinating job plans (PMs, corrective work etc.) with the Reliability & Maintenance Managers, and Breakdown Elimination (BDE) processes including leading the RCA process, FMOS escalation, execution of corrective actions across their area. Additionally, the AML serves as the spokesperson for the maintenance group within the Area Leadership Team – the Triad. The AML is a technical expert in the assigned area and uses their technical and leadership skills to influence and guide the team utilizing area data.
