In this position, you'll support upper branch leadership and help ensure the daily operations of the branch run smoothly and efficiently. Requirements

At least 1 year of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Making sure customers receive consistent, high-quality service and maintaining strong client relationships.
Monitoring supply usage and ensuring each location has the products it needs.
Communicating effectively with upper management to keep operations aligned.
Planning your schedule to meet the needs of multiple accounts.
Assisting in the training and onboarding of new team members.
