Job Summary The Area General Manager directs, manages, and optimizes a location(s) overall operation, including production, sales, marketing, customer service, and financial performance (P&L). Ensures the achievement of production objectives at the lowest cost consistent with COUNTY's quality standards and customer delivery requirements. Set and drive sales initiatives, ensuring price, revenue, and profit goals. In addition, responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of an assigned location (s). Carry out supervisor responsibilities in accordance with the COUNTY's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
