Sodexo is seeking a Area Executive Chef for the Florida District. The idea candidate will be an experienced Executive Chef well versed in culinary, operational leadership, and enjoys training front-line staff in all aspects of culinary and food service operations. This position will travel and support multiple accounts within the district. The Area Executive Chef will contribute to the success of multiple accounts, working across multi-districts through delivery of technical performance to achieve culinary success. Sodexo's executive leaders have a vision for the future and develop strategies that provide direct support to other leaders and teams in our varied operational areas while embodying our core values of Spirit of Progress, Team Spirit, and Spirit of Service. Supervises all aspects of culinary including menu planning and food preparation to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company. Serves as technical expert and trainer for other chefs as well as the liaison for communications with District Manager & Senior Area Chef. Implements business practices to uphold company mission and values. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services and creation of opportunities for growth. Ability to travel; 80%.
