About The Position
Area Director Needed! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team as an Area Director. Our Area Directors lead with a passion for patient care, providing mentorship, personalized support, and fostering team growth through ongoing education. Requirements
- Physical Therapy license in NJ
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program and/or work experience within a healthcare setting is preferred
- 3-5+ years of proven dedication and experience in a multi-site healthcare setting
- 1-3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in outpatient care
