Primary Function Responsible for the efficient operation of 2nd Shift Assembly Manufacturing Department, the direction of the plant work force and the meeting of daily production schedules. Leads and coordinates activities of Utility Workers and Employees. Verifies correct manufacturing processes are adhered to. Works with other operators, engineers and quality personnel to identify and resolve potential customer issues.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year related work experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent communication skills via written and oral

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience within manufacturing
  • Leadership skills
  • Understand basic principles of human resources and manufacturing process
  • Ability to make decisions and the willingness to follow policies and procedures
  • Previous experience in the water heater, manufacturing industry is preferred
