Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities or Associate's degree with 4+ years of related experience
  • Prior supervisory experience required
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and travel up to 25%
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • As part of the job requirements applicants must have satisfactory results on a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client intake, orientation, and ongoing services
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
  • Supervise and support HCBS Supervisors and staff in collaboration with Human Resources
  • Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and funding standards
  • Oversee documentation, funding authorizations, client accounts, and medication records
  • Serve as liaison with families, providers, and community resources
  • Participate in leadership meetings, on-call rotation, and emergency response
