We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Area Content Manager (ACM) to lead our Contents and Textile Cleaning division in Portland, Oregon . In this leadership role, you will oversee the cleaning and restoration of clients' personal belongings, textiles, and valuables impacted by fire, water, smoke, or mold damage. You will be responsible for managing pack-out teams , overseeing project scheduling , working directly with our Customer Communication Manager to align scope with customers and insurance carriers, and controlling costs to ensure project profitability. This is a key leadership position focused on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development.
